Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using POSFix services. By accessing and using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

"POSFix" or "We" refers to the service provider"User" or "You" refers to the person or entity using the service"Service" refers to the POSFix platform and all its functionalities"Account" refers to the user account created on the platform"Content" refers to all data, information, and materials uploaded or generated

2. Service Description

POSFix provides:

Fiscal POS and management systemElectronic invoicing and tax complianceStock and inventory managementIntegrated CRM systemAnti-fraud solutionsReal-time reporting and analytics

3. Registration and Account

You must provide accurate and complete information during registrationYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accountYou must notify us immediately of any unauthorized useAn account is personal and cannot be transferred to another personWe reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms

4. "Pay-as-you-grow" Usage Rules

Our pricing model:

Pay only for the modules and features you useFees are calculated based on actual usageYou can activate or deactivate modules at any timeBilling is done monthly, based on consumptionPrices may be adjusted with 30 days' prior notice

5. User Obligations

Use the service in accordance with applicable lawsDo not use the service for illegal or fraudulent activitiesMaintain the security of access credentialsProvide accurate and up-to-date informationPay for services used on timeDo not attempt unauthorized access to the systemRespect intellectual property rights

6. POSFix Obligations

Provide quality services with high availabilityEnsure data security and confidentialityProvide technical support during business hoursMaintain compliance with tax legislationNotify users of important changesProcess data in accordance with the privacy policy

7. Fiscal Compliance

The service complies with tax legislation in the Republic of MoldovaThe user is responsible for the accuracy of tax data enteredPOSFix is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect data provided by the userTax reports are generated automatically based on entered dataThe user must verify and validate all tax documents

8. Limitation of Liability

POSFix is not liable for indirect losses or consequencesOur liability is limited to the value of services paid in the last monthWe do not guarantee uninterrupted service operationWe are not responsible for losses caused by force majeureThe user is responsible for backing up their own data

9. Data Ownership

You own all rights to the data you enterPOSFix has the right to use data to provide the serviceYou can export your data at any timeUpon service termination, data will be deleted after 30 daysYou can request data deletion in accordance with GDPR

10. Service Termination

You can close your account at any time from settingsPOSFix may suspend service for non-payment or violation of termsUpon termination, you will have access to your data for 30 daysPayment obligations remain valid until actual closureConfidentiality clauses remain in effect after termination

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be notified 30 days in advance of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
